We set up a real onboarding from scratch and walk it through to an assessed risk file, answering questions as they come.

Sending a form and chasing the client for documents is where most onboarding processes lose their week. In this session we do the whole thing live: we issue an onboarding link, fill it in from a phone the way a client would, and watch the file build itself on the other side.
No slides about features. A real case, from the link to a file with its screening run, its risk assessed and the evidence an auditor would ask for.
Agenda
- What to ask for, and what you can stop asking for once the documents are read automatically
- Issuing the link: expiry, reminders and what the applicant sees
- Filling it in from a phone: photographing documents, the selfie and the signature
- What arrives on the compliance side, and how to review what was extracted
- Screening against sanctions and PEP lists, and what to do with a match
- Assessing risk with your own matrix, and when enhanced due diligence kicks in
- The file as evidence: what the report prints and what stays in the audit trail
- Open questions
