Bulk Screening: Your Whole Portfolio Against the Lists in One Run
Customers, suppliers, employees, trusts and related parties, or a spreadsheet of subjects. One run, and every subject comes out with its own screening record, its own report and its own seal.

A bulk run does not replace the individual search: it produces it in series. Each subject processed receives a complete list screening, with its own number, its results, its report and its seal. The run header records what was asked, by whom, against which lists and how it ended. A periodic review of the portfolio leaves the same evidence per client as the day the client was onboarded.
How It Works
Three steps from a list of subjects to a screening record per subject
Choose the subjects
Tick customers, suppliers, employees, trusts and related parties, and narrow by risk level, branch or "not screened in the last N days". Or upload a spreadsheet with the template, with the same columns as the form. A row that cannot be screened as written is shown with its error, never discarded in silence.
Launch the run
The same lists, match type and threshold as a single search. The run works in the background: when it closes, whoever launched it receives an activity and an email with the summary. Only subjects actually processed are charged, and if the credit balance runs out midway nothing is delivered half done: the rest waits until you top up.
Review and keep the evidence
Matches are reviewed in bulk with the previous decision on each one shown; confirming that a match is your client is done one by one, on purpose. Each subject keeps its own sealed report, the run prints a consolidated PDF, and a run from a file exports to Excel.
What a Row Leaves Behind
A bulk scan elsewhere returns a row in a spreadsheet. In COX, each row is a screening record a regulator can audit.
Its own screening number
Each subject gets a numbered screening record, the same one a search from the client file produces, linked to the file when the subject came from the platform.
Which lists, as of which date
The record names every list searched and the edition it was searched against. A list that was not consulted is reported as not consulted, never as clean.
A sealed PDF per subject
Each report carries a fingerprint that anyone can verify on the public page, and every print leaves a trace in the record.
A decision per match, with its reason
Every match is confirmed or dismissed by a person, with a written reason, and the decision is remembered the next time the same subject meets the same entry.
Excel and consolidated PDF
The run header prints a consolidated report, names the subjects that could not be screened, and exports the results to Excel when the subjects came from a file.
How long it took, end to end
The run shows its elapsed time and the two notices say how many subjects were screened, how many brought matches and how many were left unscreened.
Priced per subject
The bulk run is charged per subject actually processed, with the price frozen at launch so the report never announces a price other than the one that applied. A subject that could not be screened is never charged. Before launching, the platform checks that the balance covers the run, counting what other runs in progress have already committed.
Displayed prices do not include taxes. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
The Sources, Country by Country, in the Words of Each Law
Every subject is screened against the international lists. On top of them, COX keeps its own copy of the national sources below, and names the crime, the report and the unit the way the law of each country does.
International lists, for every country
- United Nations consolidated list, and the vessels designated by the 1718 Committee
- OFAC: Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and the consolidated non-SDN list
- European Union: consolidated financial sanctions, the designation acts of the Official Journal, and the designated vessels of Annex XLII
- United Kingdom sanctions list
- Canada: consolidated autonomous sanctions and the terrorist entities of the Criminal Code
- United States: Section 353 corrupt and undemocratic actors (Engel list)
- Interpol, DEA and FBI wanted lists, and the Bahamas leaks

National sources COX consults: The international lists; no Ecuadorian national list is ingested today
A bulk run uses the lists that can answer for many subjects at once: the copy COX keeps of the official sources and the batch query of the lists above. A source that answers one subject at a time, or that a person has to verify, is consulted from the individual search, and the run says so by name instead of leaving it out quietly.
